Karin Mark is a self-employed professional writer who contributes to magazines, trade publications and newspapers. In her previous 13-year career as a newspaper reporter, she earned multiple national and provincial awards for her feature and news writing. She is a graduate of the respected two-year journalism diploma program at Vancouver's Langara College.
Willing to tackle any topic, Karin loves delving into an issue to find and share the real story. Editors appreciate that her engaging, clean and accurate copy always arrives on time — a holdover from her days as a reporter battling deadlines. She also has an eye for presentation and can assist with photography on some projects.
